Nationals are coming soon, which means it is time to bring your best to the table. Don't let something as simple as dehydration hold you back. Fluids are needed to restore the cells and tissues in your body. We can't stress the importance of drinking lots and lots of water, even on the days you are not training. Hydration can reduce muscle pains, fatigue, or frustration. By staying hydrated, you will be able to train harder and longer, giving you the most efficient use of your time. Water also improves muscle memory and the recognition of movement, allowing you to flow through your routines as you dance your way to the top.
